Secure Your Spot to Choose a Habibi Bear Puppy

We organize our breeding schedule based on our waiting list to make sure there's a loving home for every puppy. It's important to act quickly to claim your spot in line as the lists fill quickly!

We aim to present a comprehensive overview of each puppy's distinct characteristics and our forecasts for future litters. Litters are scheduled for Selection Day, typically at the 6-7 week mark post-temperament assessment. This event is prioritized for families on our waiting list. In the event of an opening, we extend the opportunity to the next prospective family in line!

Puppy Application

Please fill out our puppy application, this is the first step!

Check your email for a response, with info on how to secure your place on the waiting list.

Deposit & Contract

After connecting with Julie, we will send our contract agreement and info on how to submit your deposit ($1,000). Once these items have been received you will be added to the Master Reservation List.

Added to Waitlist

Once you have put a deposit down, you will be able to select the Litter/Pairing Wait List that you would like to be assigned. Your placement on the Waitlist is based on your

placement on the Master Reservation List by deposit date.

Selection Day

Pick day will happen right after temperament testing, usually at 6 weeks. Paid Waiting List families will be notified via email/text that puppies are ready to be matched. Let the fun begin!

It's a Match

Puppies are matched to their family in the order of deposit received and our staff will email confirmation and your delivery/flights/pick-up will be added to our itinerary schedule! If a family's puppy is attending Puppy Charm School, we will confirm the details and the puppy will transition to training.

Gotcha Day!

Yay, we made it! You are an official Habibi Bear parent! Delivery (if required) is scheduled on designated Gotcha Days; dates will be listed for each litter.

Puppy Charm School for your puppy's transition

This is a starter puppy program, giving your puppy a head start on scheduling, crate training, clicker training and alone-time support. This is our supportive program that works together with our Puppy Parenting Course, The Human's Guide to the Dog Galaxy, for you to follow up at home for the best experience!

A Holistic Training Program!

Add Puppy Charm School to your package and give your puppy a head start before coming home. Following our Habibi Method program, which is a relationship-based philosophy, we will get puppy through the initial 2-4 weeks of transition so they come home on a schedule, accustomed to their crate. Charm School is never about pushing or stressing-out your pup with rigid training schedules, and all about bonding and connecting energetically, Montessori style. Our program is designed to empower YOU as the new owner, while meeting the puppy's needs right where they are at.

What's Included? Puppy Charm School program was designed to give you the best of both worlds-help with the initial scheduling and crate training process within the socialization window so you can imprint your Habibi Bear!
We will schedule and crate train your puppy, provide proper socialization within the fear phases with regularly planned outings, and introduce your puppy to the leash and basic manners, the holistic way! Complete with your investment is a copy of the Habibi Method training book, follow up community zoom calls & text support line!

We are accepting Video Applications & Nominations for families who could benefit from the loving support our Habibi Bears Provide!
A portion of all adoption fees are donated to our scholarship fund which provides tuition assistance and/or a sliding scale adoption fees to assist families in need through the HANNAH'S HEART FOUNDATION.
